   Email us or use the form. A short paragraph is enough — what the company does, who it's for, what you'd like the site to do. We do not need a full brief to start the conversation.

   We reply, by hand

   A real person reads your message and writes back inside six hours. The reply has two or three questions and a few meeting slots. No automated acknowledgement, no support ticket, no chat-bot — just an email from a person.
3. step_031–2 hours · then the build

   One meeting · then we build

   A single focused conversation, one to two hours. We talk through what the site needs to do, you ask whatever you want, and you leave with a written quote and a start date. We begin building right after — no waiting in a queue.

   Review · changes · launch

   When the site is ready to look at, we email you. We walk through what's built and you tell us what to change, what to add, what to drop. We iterate from there until you're happy and the site goes live on AUHMS — our own hosting platform. Then we answer the email for as long as you'll have us.
